CROSSPOST STUDIO
Terms of Service
Last updated: September 3, 2026
1. Service
CrossPost Studio is a web application that helps users prepare and publish their own short-form videos to supported social platforms through official platform APIs. Availability of individual publishing features depends on the user's connected account, platform permissions, and the applicable platform's policies.
2. Your accounts and content
You are responsible for the social-media accounts you connect, the videos and text you submit, and your compliance with the terms, community guidelines, copyright rules, and other requirements of each destination platform. You represent that you have the rights and permissions necessary to publish content you submit.
3. Third-party platforms
CrossPost Studio uses third-party APIs, including TikTok's official APIs. Your use of TikTok and any other connected platform remains subject to that platform's own terms and policies. CrossPost Studio does not control third-party services and cannot guarantee their availability or acceptance of a publication.
4. Publishing
Publishing is initiated by you. CrossPost Studio may report a publication as started or successful based on the response received from the connected platform, but third-party processing, moderation, or later removal is outside CrossPost Studio's control.
5. Credentials and security
OAuth credentials and access tokens are handled server-side where applicable. You must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service, bypass platform restrictions, or use CrossPost Studio for unlawful or abusive activity.
6. Disclaimer
The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, successful publication, or continued availability of any third-party API.
7. Changes and termination
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features of CrossPost Studio at any time. We may also restrict access when necessary to protect the service, users, or third-party platforms.
8. Contact
For questions about these Terms of Service, use the support contact associated with CrossPost Studio or the developer account through which the application is administered.
